US online gambling - what is going on these days?

22 Nov 2006

It is almost 2 months since the online gambling law was enforced in the United States. The law defines which facility is stated to be an online casino - and bans the financial dialog between the wager and the company. In other words, you can't wager for credit card in the US - and online gambling must not be provided to you. The US market was the first in the world - most profitable. Since the law was enforced, it is not. The British market passed it, and now the two online gambling communities work together, financially for the most. The casinos in the US have suffered a major loss due to this law, but with innovative ideas - the law might just have been the reason to refresh and make up new things for the second rising of the US online casino industry.

Let's focus on the innovative ideas the US online gambling companies have - and leave out the British online casinos for a second. The US has let go (on the majority) on the traditional online gambling. They focus on the non traditional gaming such as trivia and things among those. This seems to be very popular inside the US and on the outside as well. This brings in to every casino about 4000 wagers a day, which is very nice. The online gambling industry has not let go of the traditional gambling such as poker (but you can pay on the outside of the US - like sending a check to the UK).

The US online gambling industry has always been the top, and like all the other American fields - they will see what can be done - and translate it to their own, and do the same. Meaning - the US online gambling industry is far from being dead - and the rising of it back to the top is just a matter of time.
